GQS Coordinator – Beneficiation, Dewatering & Hydrometallurgy
We are looking for GQS Coordinator to join our Global Quotation Support team. Location will be preferably in Lappeenranta, Finland. Responsibility area will mainly be in Filtration but can also include Hydrometallugy and/or Flotation, Thickeners & Automation. More detailed responsibility area will be defined based on selected candicate.
As GQS Coordinator, you will:
Provide support to the Internal Sales teams for Configure to Order (CTO) opportunity materials
Provide information missing in SAP such as MALP price, lead time etc.
Support with item identification and facilitate unblocking of materials in SAP
Support and respond to Delivery management and other relevant stakeholder teams through the Salesforce GQS ticketing tool
Construct spare parts lists for our equipment
To succeed, you will need:
Technical background or other similar experience allowing to understand technical drawings
Positive attitude and great work ethic
Eagerness to learn more, develop and succeed
Keen eye for details
A customer focused and innovative mindset, and problem solving skills
An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.
Combined technical and business mindset
People skills including the ability to influence people effectively
Ability to take ownership on the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
Good communication skills in English are required
