Adecco are recruiting for a Head of Operations to work for our client based in Central London. Our client create multi-lingual audio tour software and hardware solutions which are sold in museums, galleries, exhibitions, tours, and entertainment venues.

Duties include:
- Provide operational support to existing clients with regards to the audio guides we supply and associated equipment.
- Organise and manage equipment installations and logistics - organising equipment delivery and collection by liaising with couriers, managing all aspects of the process. Ensure the installation runs smoothly and without issue. Keep in constant contact with the client for their reassurance.
- Collate and run Data Collection / Stock Take reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 programmes. These give clients the relevant information about how often the guides are used, which stops of the tour are the most popular and which languages are used most often.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting and inventory control of hardware and parts - making sure there is enough stock at all times for repairs to be carried out.
- Send out new and repaired audio guides and charging racks, as well as other supplies like headphones, cleaning spray etc. using local, national and international couriers.
- Visit client sites when needed and attend meetings.
