Job Description
- Develop annual Training and Development (T&D) strategies and action plans based on the company's different business strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing the annual strategy meeting and implement annual talent development plans and budgets for each Business Unit (BU).
- Responsible for company's TTQS project planning & execution.
- Organize and implement annual manpower planning, training plans, and performance appraisal arrangements.
- Lead recruitment and training colleagues, execute and achieve T&D objectives based on task breakdown, and monitor work effectiveness.
- Execute significant human resources projects within the company.
- Execute Job Descriptions (JDs), functional analysis, and workflow breakdown and optimization for various departments within the company.
- Responsible for entity payroll management.
- Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
The Successful Applicant
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Training and Development planning and execution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Willing to interact with frontline employees and be open to business travel as required for company projects.
- Possess practical recruitment experience in human resources.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan and execute projects effectively.
- Candidates with strong attention to detail, patience, excellent teamwork, and communication skills are particularly valued.
- Proficient in report generation and optimization.
- Have knowledge of human resources regulations and related procedures.
