Job Description

This role will be reporting to the Sales Director. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to new heights - developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement national sales plans that align with corporate objectives
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Identifying opportunities for business expansion and market penetration
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing insightful analysis to optimize results
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment
  • Experience in the direct selling industry is a plus
