Position: Nutrition and Ice Cream SEA & Indonesia Collaborative Manufacturing Lead
Line Reporting to: Nutrition SEA & Indonesia BU SC Lead with joint responsibility of Ice Cream.
Department: Supply Chain
Work Location: Unilever Thailand HQ (Open to other markets in SEA)
Travel: 25-50% of the time for travelling to CM’s.
The Purpose of Role:
Leading the Collaborative Manufacturing – Strategy and Operations for Nutrition and Ice Cream SEA & Indonesia
Scoping, Scouting and Onboarding Collaborative Manufacturers. Deciding and implementing contracting model (turnkey, tolling etc.).
Jointly with Planners (LT and Integrated) allocation and phasing of volume by SKU.
Driving DSR, Cost, savings and efficiency initiatives, improvement program for Collaborative Manufacturing.
Ensuring CM Innovation program delivery, initiatives, scoping for future business growth opportunities
First point of Contact for Collaborative Manufacturers for operations, delivery, and capacity utilization.
Driving CM segmentation program mitigating risk and utilization across quality, spend, volume and turnover.
Leading the people/planet and sustainability programs for CM partners in SEA and Indonesia for Nutrition and Ice Cream
Key Responsibilities:
Providing CM capabilities and network strategy to drive growth for Nutrition and Ice Cream
Network strategy alignment with CM Procurement, R&D, Quality, Integrated Planning and Safety.
Leading the operational onboarding and reallocation program.
Lead CM roadmap to optimize CM network managing product transfer and back up.
Representing Supply Chain in the individual Trio Teams for Nutrition and Ice Cream BUs
Collaborating with other BU CM cell leads and Supply Chain leads to leverage best practice.
Scoping for new technologies and future innovation capabilities in alignment with category and market/Country Business Unit Teams, Marketing and CD input.
Landing innovation projects On-Time-In-Full of CM.
Network Management of technical projects with CMs.
Support and govern a continuous improvement program within the BU CM network to drive growth and cost improvements.
Identifies, lead and report on the saving projects from CM.
Drives Safety, Health & Environment and Quality assessments, intensive care, and non-conformance monitoring.
Governance, reporting and improvements of global and regional of KPIs.
Driving the agility and segmentation program for the CM network.

The Qualities We Look for In You
Broad based Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience.
Professional experience in relationship building with cross functional internal teams and external parties.
End to end mindset and very good communication, negotiation and influencing skill.
Proven and recognized achievements in project management on technical and innovation projects.
