JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
Responsible for validating and auditing the inventory cycle count result, on a weekly basis Performs monitoring and validation of the in-transit aging report and non-standard in-transit Responsible for the validation of the identified inventory for PO accruals by collaborating with process owners and ensuring compliance in accordance with the defined inventory control Monitor and validate the inventory’s disposition as scrap Physical count participation, audit planning coordination, reconciliation, and variances. Ensuring tasks are performed in accordance with the defined controls for inventories and material movements Provides support to business unit operations and stakeholders Provides documentation support for quarterly SOX and PBC requirements and other finance and audit duties as assigned. Assist in the monitoring of Inventory and Cycle Count Coverage Assists the team leader with process improvement initiatives and takes over as the team leader's replacement. Ensures compliance with overall Inventory Control & Compliance. Ensures timely and accurate execution of SOX Controls.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or College Degree in any Business or Engineering related Experience in various accounting areas like General Accounting, Inventory Management & Financial Data Analysis Preferably at least 3-4 years working experience in the field of inventory Preferably with experience in Oracle applications and intermediate knowledge in Excel. Analytical and keen to details Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Can work well at different levels of the organization. Works independently.
