Sales and Marketing Assistant [Philippines]

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales to support various initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of ByFERIAL.

• 40 hours per week - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Assist in effectively managing our social media platforms by creating compelling content, crafting engaging captions, scheduling posts, and actively engaging with our followers through comments and messages.
• Contribute to the successful execution of our weekly email newsletters. This includes assisting with content creation, proofreading, and ensuring timely delivery to our subscribers.

Leads Generation

• Actively identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
• Utilize provided resources and strategies to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
• Discuss strategies, share insights, and contribute ideas to optimize leads generation and sales conversion.

Training and Enrollment Facilitation

• Assist in organizing training programs and webinars for potential customers and existing clients.
• Prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, and audiovisual aids, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
• Facilitate enrollment processes by guiding customers through registration, answering inquiries, and providing necessary information about program requirements and benefits.

Community Management

• Support the development and maintenance of our online community by actively monitoring and engaging with members across different platforms.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback from community members in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
• Identify opportunities to leverage user-generated content and testimonials to enhance brand visibility and credibility within the community.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php40,000.00 per month
