ECS Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse worker. As Warehouse Personnel, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and inspect goods for damages or defects. Report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Properly store products in designated areas, ensuring they are safely and logically arranged for easy access and retrieval.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking the required items from the warehouse shelves and packing them securely for shipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and update the inventory management system accordingly. Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Follow company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members, supervisors, and managers to maintain efficient warehouse operations. Report any issues or concerns promptly.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times. Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to warehouse efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proven work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours when required.
- Commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
