Project: Mace and Jacobs have partnered to form a consortium that is leading all real estate and construction delivery related PMC and Programme Management services for the Ellinikon development.
In its role as Lamda’s real estate delivery partners on this programme, Mace/Jacobs JV are providing full-service consultancy from programme/PMC as well as cost and commercial management, to design and construction management.
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Team and manage the processes associated with delivering the project to the requisite Health and Safety, Time, Cost and Quality standards. This role will provide support to the leadership and decisive direction for the delivery function of the project, across the various project functions including but not limited to construction delivery, procurement review, risk, change, reporting, environment and sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Contract Administration of the Contractor’s Agreements.
- Managing and minute key pre and post Construction Meetings with the Contractors.
- Supporting with the verification of the Contractor’s delivery of its obligations under the Contract.
- Supporting with the verification of the Consultant’s delivery of its key obligations under the Design and Construction Contracts.
- Working in conjunction the Programme controls team ensuring that the Project Works are in accordance with site wide processes.
- Providing support with the management and monitoring of all aspects of the project.
- Actively supporting the project delivery and should be able to contribute in all aspects of project management.
About you
You have a BSc degree in a project management or engineering discipline along with substantial post graduate experience. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
