Job Description
Perform check & balance for goods inside carts & be responsible for the final quantity.
Communicate with the team on the discrepancy between physical quantity & records.
Liaise with warehouse teams to identify production requirements
Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
Respond to and follow up on cabin crew department inquiries related to cart management.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in flight operations tasks.
Prepare weekly discrepancy reports, and reports for commission payout after reconciliation.
Investigate any commission dispute by the cabin crew.
Qualifications:
At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Proficiency in knowledge and using computer literacy; G-suite, excel, and one-page presentation
Reliable & great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Able to work as a shift rotation
Good interpersonal skills with a passion to work with people
