Cabin Crew Quality Controller (6 Months contract) [Thailand]

Job Description

  • Perform check & balance for goods inside carts & be responsible for the final quantity.

  • Communicate with the team on the discrepancy between physical quantity & records.

  • Liaise with warehouse teams to identify production requirements

  • Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.

  • Respond to and follow up on cabin crew department inquiries related to cart management.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in flight operations tasks.

  • Prepare weekly discrepancy reports, and reports for commission payout after reconciliation.

  • Investigate any commission dispute by the cabin crew.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related field

  • Proficiency in knowledge and using computer literacy; G-suite, excel, and one-page presentation

  • Reliable & great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Able to work as a shift rotation

  • Good interpersonal skills with a passion to work with people

  • New graduated is welcome to apply
