As Commercial ProjectSupport, you coordinate, collaborate and handle administration connected to TemporaryHiring Out of Personnel (THOP)/ Field Service resources for our GSO MGTprojects/ Long Term Service Agreements. You support the GSO MGT CommercialProject Managers by taking care of the Field Service related administration,i.e. project related activities that takes place in our Regional Units. Youcontribute to the team’s effectiveness by being the assigned expert for certainareas.
You are a part of theglobal Finance Team of GSO MGT, reporting functionally to GSO MGT Head ofCommercial Project Management, and in-company to local Finance Head of GSO MGT.
HowYou’ll Make an Impact
You support the Commercial ProjectManagers by coordinating and administrating Temporary Hiring Out of Personnel (THOP) contracts for our GSO MGTproject portfolio.- You are the commercial support for theTHOP-order/Field Service-related part of the projects. You work closely with theRegional Units and Project Managers in above areas.
- You administrate the process, from compilingand summarizing documentation connected to time sheets and other onshorepersonnel related costs to final invoicing against Regional Units.
- You secure that there are agreements in placeand a correctness in costs, pricing, invoicing and other administration againstour counterparts/stakeholders.
- You make sure that our internal Tax tools areupdated in accuracy with the latest project related information.
- You support the Commercial Project Managersconnected Permanent Establishment administration for certain projects/orderswhere we are obliged to taxation.
What You Bring
- Relevant university degree
- Professional commercial knowledge andexperience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a holisticapproach and analytical capabilities
- Advanced PC & system skills (SAP andMicrosoft applications such as Excel, Teams etc., visualization tools such asTableau/Power BI an advantage)
- Demonstration of ownership, curiosity andaccountability
- Fluent in English

The Finance Team ofGSO MGT are a highly diversified team with people from all over the world andin different ages. We believe in transparency, collaboration and communication.
The CommercialProject Managers/Project Controllers within GSO MGT are divided into twogroups. You will functionally belong to the group that works with thecommercial handling of our Long-Term Service Programs, Mods & Ups projectsand Major Events in order to have a close connection to the Commercial ProjectManagers.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generationthrough service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation andall gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonizationopportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization ofthe fleet.
