A leading 3rd party administrator in medical industry is seeking a Fresh Graduates / Experienced Customer Service Executive.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a critical role in:

  • Attend to inbound calls.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Resolving inquiries and offering solutions from clients or customers.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Possess Diploma in any field.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Open to fresh graduate.
  • Experience in call centre will be added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift.
  • Possess own transport.
