A leading 3rd party administrator in medical industry is seeking a Fresh Graduates / Experienced Customer Service Executive.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a critical role in:
- Attend to inbound calls.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Resolving inquiries and offering solutions from clients or customers.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Possess Diploma in any field.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Open to fresh graduate.
- Experience in call centre will be added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift.
- Possess own transport.
