EACH is seeking an Early Years Specialist to join our diverse, and highly motivated team comprised of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists!

The team are passionate about helping children and families achieve their full potential. In this vital role your responsibilities will include:

  • Work in partnership with families to deliver functional assessments, identify developmental concerns, and develop personalised plans to support children to achieve their goals, and actively participate in everyday activities.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to create evidenced-based strategies to support early childhood development.
  • Interact and build rapport with families and listen to the voice of the child.
  • Connect and facilitate the inclusion of the child in community and mainstream settings.
  • Coach families, carers and other professionals to build their capacity.

Qualifications

In addition to a self-directed passion and drive to support children and their families within the community, we are seeking someone with a Bachelor or Masters degree in Allied Health or Education and Demonstrated experience working with families and young children with developmental delays/disabilities.
