We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience, we want to hear from you! As an HR Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our people-oriented initiatives and supporting the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Oversee employee performance evaluation and talent development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and leave management.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and well-being.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role for a minimum of 3 to 4 years.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Certification in HR management is a plus.
