We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience, we want to hear from you! As an HR Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our people-oriented initiatives and supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee employee performance evaluation and talent development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave management.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and well-being.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role for a minimum of 3 to 4 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Certification in HR management is a plus.
