What will you do if join us?

  • Execute service repairs, replacements, upgrades, adjustments and calibration on systems and components following issued instructions.
  • 执行维修,更换,升级,调整和校准系统和组件
  • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on appropriate building systems and components according to service level agreement.
  • 根据和客户的服务协议,对所包含的智能化系统和部件进行预防性维护和诊断
  • Diagnose trouble or defect, determine corrective action and repair system. Optimize the existing system for enhanced efficiency.
  • 诊断故障或缺陷,确定纠正措施和修复系统,优化现有系统以提高效率
  • Commission materials for customer site, configure software per job/customer requirements. Program firmware and hardware according to design specifications. Test functionality for customer acceptance.

  • Prepare and facilitate system/product training for customers' use.

  • In Charge of service project execution activities (such as defining schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource(subcontracted) management activities) Maintain project progress according to schedule, to budget and to quality standards.

  • Interact with customer to discuss service project progress status, changes introduced to original scope and an in-completion phase of work.

  • Process materials purchase request (for Service projects). Monitor delivery schedule for a project materials and resources. React efficiently to avoid project delays or resulting complications.

  • Recognize and Identify Opportunities for enhancements to system or replacement/upgrade or hardware, software, or firmware.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3-year Service project execution working experience. (SLAs, Migration, On-Call, Spare part)
  • 至少具有3年以上服务项目执行工作经验。(包含长期维保合同、升级及改造、应急响应、备件等业务模式)
  • Experience in intelligence projects and digital projects.
  • 具有智能化项目和数字化项目的经验优先
  • Experience with Building Automation system, familiar with common protocols and measuring points of public and auxiliary equipment, including chillers, air compressors, air conditioners, power distribution equipment, water pump equipment, ventilation equipment, photovoltaic, energy storage, car charging, etc.
  • 具有楼宇自动化系统经验,熟悉公共和辅助设备的常用协议和测量点,包括冷水机、空压机、空调、配电设备、水泵设备、通风设备、光伏、储能、汽车充电等系统的优先
  • Experience with the development of scope documentation, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, and risk identification and quantification for design/build projects

  • Familiar with the basic working principle and energy consumption impact parameters of public and auxiliary equipment

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems and manage risks
