Telesales Agents need to be well-spoken as they are responsible for making sales over the phone. A successful Telesales Agent has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. They should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of a sales call.
A Telesales Agent's Core Role Is
- Contacting potential customers by phone

 - Accurately documenting customer and sale information

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required; tertiary Qualifications in Business or Marketing are well regarded
 - 1+ years of relevant commercial or practical experience is required in Broadband account.
 - Experience using Microsoft Office suite, web-based applications, generally computer literate

Salary Package

Work Setup
On-site; Mondays to Thursdays, 6:30am – 4:30pm
