We are looking for a Waitress/Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold food and beverages,
Responsibilities include educating customers on our food and drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders, familiar with delivery services and using POS machine. To be successful in this role you need to have previous work experience as a Barista or Waitressyou should have excellent communication skills customer service skills and knowledge, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their meals. You should also be a team playerand be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staffto make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly, familiar in coffee making, Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips.
