We are looking for an experienced asphalt laborer to join our team and help with a variety of tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks such as raking, edging, and lifting. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials.
- Rake asphalt to ensure a smooth and seemless look.
- Properly edging the asphalt for a straight & clean look.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work.
- Operate hand and power tools.
- Follow safety regulations and procedures.
- Clean and maintain work areas.
- Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering heavy objects.
- *The ability to operate machinery such as a skid steer is a bonus*
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Asphalt Laborer: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- G2 or higher (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
