Associate, Cross Border Operations is expected to monitor E2E of the specific Cross Border power shippers. execute the last mile delivery related and the inquiries being made by the specific clients after they handed over the parcels to Ninja Van. In Addition, playing a role of key man being the first point of contact with the China Office Sales / CS / and the clients directly to solve the problems and aim to get the performance in line with the client’s expectation
What you will do
- Consistently push the parcels to be in line with the standard of 3 delivery max attempt with 7 days of age.
- Consider the Return with max age limit of 7 days or with certain fail reason while verifying if is valid or not
- Ensure all case escalation being made on time with the follow up and final outcome within time bound
- Ensure all Pending case & Pending Ninja case are all tackle and being closed within time bound
What you will need
- 1-2 years experience in Logistic or related (Fresh grad. are also welcomed)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- High level of comfort with work under pressure, problem-solving, interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact and build relationships with people of different backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and motivation with effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to requests and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to travel to warehouse occassionally to fix problems
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous for liaising with Chinese counterparts
