Client Solutions Manager, Nordics [Denmark]


 
This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. This is done through the combination of strong marketing and media understanding and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a deep passion for brands, marketing, data & tech integration. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions.Additionally required is working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment. The position also entails the ability to create strong partnerships through nurturing relationships and becoming the sought-out expert for our products and solutions, and by that becoming a strong influence power with our partners. This role will be located in our Copenhagen office.


Client Solutions Manager, Nordics Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert in partnership with the Client Partner
  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (Media, Creative, Meta Marketing Partners)
  • Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
  • Project manage complex work streams
  • Oversee internal account operations (e.g., troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as needed



Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies
  • Understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional/online marketing ecosystem
  • Experience with Excel, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights
  • Problem solving experience
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally)
  • Demonstrated experience presenting ideas to c-level stakeholders
  • Fluency in English essential, as well as Danish OR Swedish



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
  • Hands on experience with Meta products. Setting up campaigns and studies
  • Passion for ad tech, working with data, knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages a plus
