Customer Care Executive [India]


 

Excellent Communication Skills, No Fresher

  • Handle inbound calls from the customers.
  • Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Excellent communication skill, Versant level 5 must.
  • Six days Working & 1 rotational week-off, 9 hours shift.
  • Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality (front Desk) / International calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller/ Tele sales/ Collections).
  • Typing Test – 25-30 WPM with 85% accuracy
  • Working window 24x7 (Male) 7am to 9pm (females).

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
