Job Scope
· Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environment management.
· Manage, establish, monitor all HSE related activity inclusive of training records and updates etc.
· Assist in preparing HSE related procedures and policies.
· Promote HSE regulations, encourages safe working practices, housekeeping, corrects obvious hazards, immediately or reports to proper personnel/HOD.
· Conduct inspection for first aid kit and fire safety equipment on monthly basis.
· Carry out HSE briefing for all new joiner and visitors.
· Raise Incident/ Accident Report when necessary.
· Liaison with other division and department regarding HSE matters.
· Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
Qualification Required
· Minimum Diploma with 3 year(s) relevant working experience
· Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
· Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements
