Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate who can manageOrder processing from different portals like Amazon, Flipkart... Inventory reconciliation, Return management and Claim settlements. preparing daily/monthly reports.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing Orders and Processing on Market Places like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho etc.
Return Processing & Safety Claims settlement -
Stock Reconciliation & inventory Management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Advance Excel and Adobe Photoshop
Positive & ready to take any type of work
Qualification: Graduate

Experience in a similar profile preferred
Freshers with good computer skills

Job Roles:
- Order Processing for Meesho, Amazon Seller Central, Seller Flex, Flipkart, Flipkart Smart, JIO Mart, Glow Road, Website via OMS Guru, If OMS Guru does not work then process the Orders Directly from the indvidial Platforms
- Collect Returns from all Delivery Boys and verify we receive all the Products as mentioned in the Email, or the Manifest from the Deliver Boy.
- All Reutrns needs to be scanned in OMS Guru - Quick Return and on Excel Spread Sheet that helps track how many products are missing .
- Check Every Return Orders from individual Market Place and Create Tickets to the MP for any missing items and damaged goods or wrong product
- Follow up on Tickets created to make sure the refunds are provided by the MP
- Maintain Excel Sheet to keep follow up and track the approved and rejected claim amount and qty
- Create Safety Claim for Damaged and Missing Products.
- Follow Up on Commission Mismatach from market place, and weight dispute.
