Job Description:

Principal Objective: A brief summary of the responsibilities of the position

The Strategy and Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract investments in the Special Economic Zone. The candidate will work to establish and maintain relationships with potential investors, government officials, and industry leaders. He or she will identify new opportunities for growth and support key development projects that will drive economic expansion and attract investors to the region.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the attraction of premium local and international investors

  • Establish and maintain a network of strong relationships with potential and existing investors, government entities, and other stakeholders

  • Identify and analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and economic indicators to inform decision-making

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and design innovative ways to finance products and services to enable SME investment

  • Develop communication and marketing strategies to raise the awareness of potential investors about the opportunities and benefits offered by the Special Economic Zone

  • Develop and maintain reports and updates on investment pipeline and pipeline quality for the management and investors

  • Build strong relationships with industry leaders and other influencers to promote the Special Economic Zone as an attractive investment destination.

  • A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA/Master’s degree preferable.

  • Minimum 15 years of institutional sales, marketing, or business development, with demonstrated success in attracting investment and building partnerships

  • Strong business development background within the regional Middle East experience is preferred.

  • Proven track record of generating strong business and attracting investments in projects, including blue-chip investors.

  • Strong ability to identify competitors and identifying unique selling points and initiatives to beat them.

  • Knowledge of Saudi Government organizations and current Kingdom level initiatives and policy is preferred but not required.

  • Broad understanding of the investment and economic landscape for Special Economic Zones and other investment markets.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to implement innovative solutions to complex issues
