We require experienced customer services representatives and executives for the US Based Inbound Campaign. Candidates must have good listening and communication skills in English and be able to work conveniently in the night or evening shift.
Responsibilities & Requirements:-
- All candidates can apply. Candidates with Graduation Degree encouraged to apply, Masters will be considered as a plus.
- Graduation from any reputable institute (FAST, LUMS, COMSATS etc.) will be considered as a plus.
- Experienced Candidates will be given priority.
- Excellent verbal communication skills ( Speaking & Listening ).
- Able to deal with clients over voice calls and resolve issues along with performing / assisting any needs or requirements.
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience to provide the customer with relevant information, advice, and conversion opportunities. This is an Inbound campaign.
- Day-to-day management of the Record, and Strong Command of Spoken-English with having good American or British Accent.
- Owning client relationships and having strong communication with clients and other team members.
Job Timing :- Evening and Night Shifts (5PM-2AM) or (9PM-6AM)
Note:- Its an on site job with Evening and Night Shift.
