We are looking for someone with:
- a passion for recruitment and sourcing;
- ability to build and lead full cycle recruitment process;
- can-do attitude, inspiring approach, and out-of-the-box thinking;
- strong networking and communication skills;
- working proficiency in English.
As a Tech Recruiter you will:
- communicate with clients to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for vacancies;
- develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and approaches using a variety of resources and sourcing tools to meet hiring goals;
- build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management;
- perform pre-screening to analyze candidates’ abilities;
- present resumes of suitable candidates to clients;
- keep track of candidates as well as keep candidates informed on the interviewing process;
- handle the whole recruitment process to the offer stage.
- You also will be provided with the opportunity to create your own sourcing squad to achieve skyrocketing results!
