Manpower Planning

  • Process all manpower requisitions and endorse qualified candidates to Business unit Heads for further assessment.
  • Prepares and administer Job Offers and employment contracts for project-based employees.

Employee Relations

  • Assist the HR Manager in implementing and monitoring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and recommend actions to be taken to address the employee’s concern.
  • Prepare and issue Notices to those who violates the Code and administer necessary sanction in coordination with their immediate superior ensuring that due process is observe.
  • Conduct investigation of alleged violations and provide necessary documentation requirement.
  • Attends labor hearing and arbitration with DOLE or NLRC.

Training & Development

  • Conceptualize and provide soft skills training.
  • Co-facilitate in-house trainings conducted by the HR Manager.
  • Provide logistics assistance when needed.

Employee Engagement

  • Help the HR Manager conceptualize and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Provide necessary assistance with logistics preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
