Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance, troubleshoot customer issues, and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is conveyed to customers.
  • Actively listen to customers, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure their swift resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and personalized support.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Customer Service Agent in an international contact centre environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in [English].
