Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining service standards in a premium/refined restaurant environment to ensure a world class hospitality experience.
  • Assist in the production of high quality dishes following The 6 Head standards
  • Food prep & cleaning kitchen equipment
  • Interest in development and progression within a growing company
  • Contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant
  • OH&S compliant with strict food hygiene practices

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar high volume environment
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
  • Have attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster

Part Time and casual rates available. Immediate start Must be available weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
