We are looking for a
Commercial Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

for a replacement within Oras Group’s Marketing team.
The purpose of the role is to be overall accountable for marketing internal sell-in and stakeholder Management across functions, and team lead of marketing project managers. Translate category management and sales teams' growth strategies into marketing strategies, business objectives into communication objectives and sales targets into media budget requirements, KPI targets and ROI/ROAS expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Defining marketing strategy, plans and budget allocation across markets and sales and media channels.
- Selling-in marketing strategies and plans internally, with a major focus on driving cross-functional change management and internal stakeholder management.
- Translating category/country growth plans into marketing plans, business objectives into communication objectives, sales targets into media plans, budget requirements, KPI targets and ROI/ROAS expectations.
- Defining content packages Bronze, Silver, Gold for New Product/Solution launches, as well as to identify the criteria for defining which of these investment levels are applicable together with our internal customers from PCM and sales, and through consultation with our media performance manager and creative lead.
- Managing and coordinating projects and campaigns across marketing sub-functions from brief through content creation, to media activation, optimization and performance reporting.
- Managing, developing and motivating the team of project managers, and overall accountable for marketing projects to be managed on time and on budget.
The position reports to Chief Marketing Officer, Christina Jensen and is a part of Oras Group Marketing management team. The location of this position is Espoo, Finland. The role involves occasional travel.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a sales or digital marketing position in an international company
- International responsibility in a multi-channel environment, preferably in multinational company
- Experience in Project management
- Experience in Team lead
- Experience in working with cross functional teams, excellent communication skills (written & oral), ability to multitask, team player.
- Great collaborator across cultures and functions, able to lead and engage others in an expert role
- Fluent written and spoken English. Finish and German are a plus.
