Qualifications (minimum requirements) 任职资格- Education Background: 教育背景
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or other relevant fields.
- Education/training in GMP regulations, validation. Cert. on PMP or PfMP.

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:
Ensure that all projects are governed through the PEM model and aligned with IFP/NN IPG standard.
Manage monthly StG meetings and follow up the actions from the meeting
Regular meeting with project manages/work package owners to give coach and support， and prepare them for the monthly StG meeting
Develop standard governance for LTP projects in different category.
Be able to identify potential gaps in projects and support project manager to take action.
Investment budget monitoring and management
Conduct training activities anchored in yearly cycle to build up correct PPM competencies to project managers/work package onwers
Organize workshops, meetings and relevant activities for area management and relevant line of business to build up correct mind-set and solid knowledge of PPM
Collaborate with Site & areas PPM to ensure the synchronization.
Establish structure management approach to follow up of all mitigation actions
Provide required and important update information to relevant management team for immediate actions
Be able to act as project/program manager for major initiatives of the area and drive the performance, driving for digital innovation
Contribute the ideas and actively involved in all kinds of discussion
Must be able to network, collaborate and work at a high professional level within LTP/Site/IFP teams.
- Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working
- Other work assigned by line manager.
- Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems
- Strategic thinking is highly required for this position in order to strategically and independently evaluate business processes and project objective
- Be trained on operation knowledge/skills and operate according to SOP;
