  • Communicate with customers for Breast implant (Natrelle@) warranty service program, collect and sort out warranty document and report adverse events for the compliant and accurate warranty service operation.
RESPONSIBILITY
  • Primary contact of HCP and patient query as a call center officer for Breast implant (Natrelle@) warranty service
  • Responsible for the collecting, sorting and archiving warranty documents
  • Ensue accurate warranty log and data management, document storage, warranty mailbox based on internal policy and regulation.
  • Ensure the knowledge of Breast implant (Natrelle@) warranty service, related SOP and regulations for the right customer query handling

  • Experience of call center, customer service or related job
  • Ability to comply with quality systems procedure and policies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations.
  • Able to work effectively in a team/matrix environment.
  • Intermediate in English (written)
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
