Responsibilities
- Teaching one or several courses: Graphics Design, Video Content Making etc. Each course is 1.5-2 hours long.
- Conduct classes for groups of up to 8 students for online classes
- Create a fun, engaging and positive learning environment that you and your students look forward to every week

- Teach and inspire using methodological materials and algorithmic techniques
- Monitor the performance and progress of each student
- Build and maintain close partnerships with children and their parents, including providing educational feedback
- Resolve and prevent conflict situations with parents and children based on company standards
- Adequately prepare for each program by reading curriculum, watching training videos for training sessions
- Complete mandatory comprehensive training on Algorithmics methodology and curriculum
Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore
- Must have experience working with children (i.e. Tutoring, coaching, camp counselling, volunteering events)
- Experience with graphics design/video content creation tools
- Enjoys teaching and working with children and adolescents
- For graphics designing, you should also be familiar with at least one of these additional software (TinkerCad (Static 3D, GIMP, InkScape, Wick (2D Animation))
- For video content making, you must be familiar with InShot/OpenShot/Open Camera or ProMovie mobile applications
