Proclinical are recruiting a CRA, Denmark for a CRO. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Denmark.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan aligned with project requirements to develop predictability.
- You will administer protocol and linked study training to allocated sites and form routine lines of communication with sites to handle ongoing project expectations and concerns.
- Review the quality and integrity of study site practices linked to the suitable performance of the protocol and adherence to suitable guidelines.
- Work alongside and mediate with study team members for project implementation assistance when suitable.
- Might be responsible for assisting with the development of project subject recruitment plan on a per site basis, if suitable.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in a scientific or health-care field.
- Computer literacy.
- Prior involvement in a supervisory role or accomplished a CRA training program.
- Know-how of and able to implement, suitable clinical research regulatory needs, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) regulations.
- Expertise on therapeutic and protocols ad offered in company training.
- A mixture of training, experience and education might be taken into consideration in place of a degree.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in the English language.
- An organised individual with the ability to resolve issues.
- Capable of managing own time efficiently with financial management abilities.
- Able to form and uphold efficient working relations with colleagues, managers and clients.
