Responsibilities:
- Develop annual and monthly sales plans and implement sales strategies
- Create effective sales strategies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with different departments to promote the work
- Drive sales promotion activities and share customer feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Practical experience as a sales executive or related role
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM, or sales software programs
- Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
- Intermediate level English; proficient in Japanese
