Every contact into our Customer Service team needs to wow… that’s the way we do things at Hotel Chocolat. Whether its via telephone, email, Live Chat, and all social media, you will be talking to our customers about anything from placing new consumer and B2B orders, recommending product and services to resolving product, delivery and despatch queries with their orders. Additionally, you will have excellent attention to detail to support with processing data entry and reports related to customer orders.
You will lead by example as an empowered and motivated member of the team, delivering outstanding customer service to our customers to make the Brand Centre a world-class Centre of Excellence and you will receive all the right training over two weeks to help give you the best start possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting our customers at our busiest time of year with an excellent telephone manner and written skills to reflect the brand and deliver 100% happiness to our customers. You’ll have a spark in you, and this will come through in all your communications.
- Putting the customer at the heart of all you do with a determination to make them happy whilst keeping business needs in mind – this will include resolving complaints however you’ll want to put things right for our customers.
- Placing new orders, checking stock, recommending products, and chasing on delivery queries.
- Managing your workload effectively and efficiently, always taking pride in your work.
- Supporting your colleagues with a positive attitude. We’re a team! You’ll be hands on and flexible, committed to getting the job done and motivating others to do the same.
- You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Word.
We’re looking for people to start with us on Monday 9th October 2023. This contract will end on 31st December but there will be lots of opportunity to have your contract extended or even made permanent.
