Job Summary
Supervise the day-to-day administration and support functions across Supply Chain Management to ensure the efficient execution of the supply chain including documentation, record keeping, cold room management, temperature mapping and billings
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Validate and investigate errors in SAP transactions and prepare daily deviation reports
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to rectify problems/damage identified i.e. equipment, facilities, etc.
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure movement of goods are documented on time in accordance to standard operating procedures and standards (i.e. GMP, HACCP, IPM, GWP, SHE)
- Perform temperature mapping of temperature-controlled facilities to ensure storage areas are maintained within acceptable temperature limits and compliance with good manufacturing practices
- Monitor and maintain cold room parameters such as temperature logger, humidity, defrosting, etc. to keep the stock fresh and minimize waste
- Check and validate billings/invoices (including credit/debit memos, claims) to ensure accuracy and timely processing of billings
- Work closely with supply chain management and support teams (Operations, Supply Chain, QSHE and Finance) to ensure a smooth and seamless service
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport and supply chain management
- Demonstrate working knowledge on safety, health and environment (SHE) programs, good warehousing practices, good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) systems
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in process and cost optimization
- Proven numeracy and quantitative analysis
- Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse management systems (ideally SAP)
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related fields
Work Experience
Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
