Administrative Assistant [Philippines]


 

· Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

· Perform data entry and scan documents

· Assist in resolving any administrative problems

· Replenishment of office supplies

· Answer calls from clients regarding their inquiries

· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails

· Assist company delivery and monitoring inventory

· Preparing BIS and Delivery receipts for mockup and samples.

· Preparing Job Order

· Keen coordinate with clients and agents.

​Qualification

· ​Graduate of 4years course

. Age 25 to 32

· Must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree

· Knowledge of Microsoft excel

· Proficient in Microsoft Word

· Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

· Knowledge in office management systems and procedures

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issue and resolve programs in timely manner.

· Must possess strong personal skills.

· Must be organized, accurate, through and able to monitor work for quality.

· Must be dependable, able to follow instruction, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.

. Willing to be assigned in Cebu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From Php16,000.00 per month
