Job Description


As the Content Editor & Copywriter you will be responsible for developing creative, and locally relevant content for applicable communication channels – with a key focus on digital channels.

You will be part of the Content Team working closely with cross functional teams and an external content production agency to deliver our customer-centric content strategy.

Key responsibilities:

Content creation

  • Responsible for producing content for digital channels (site, email, push) within Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Working closely with the E-commerce team, developing a strategic content plan for a select customer group.
  • Creation of master briefs for .com, teasers, email, push and social based on global guidelines, templates, and brand identity.
  • Copywriting for key on site and email assets (e.g. banners, headlines, subheadings, email body copy).
  • Image selection and composing layouts using existing templates in AEM.
  • Close collaboration with Content Production Manager, E-commerce team , Media team and production agency to deliver the best customer relevant content, optimised for channel characteristics and best practice.

Content coordination

  • Brief & coordinate Content Production Agency to execute versioning and publishing of content.

Analysis & Follow up

  • Creating variations of copy and content to enable AB tests in email, push and hm.com.
  • Conducting analysis on how the content performs for the different customer target groups and visualising learnings in a sharable format.

Qualifications


A Content Specialist with a solid understanding of content marketing and the ability to create compelling digital content for site and email. You can write copy as well as create layouts based on brand identity guidelines. You have minimum 3 years of experience working in e-com marketing or digital creative agencies with focus on creation of marketing content for digital channels.

Skills

  • Proven experience in developing content for digital channels such as email, push, social and websites and working within AEM.
  • Strong creative copywriting skills in English, experience in fashion/beauty/lifestyle copywriting is preferred.
  • A natural eye for creative assets aligned to tone of voice, brand guidelines and templates.
  • Working experience with creative tools and MS Office package
  • Structured, organised and a strong communicator
  • Good analytical ability and insights driven
  • Experience with managing workflows with content agencies
